We ship to the 48 contiguous states via UPS Ground, usually within 24-48 hours of purchase. All 1 year food supplies (Harvest Deluxe Food Supply, Grand Harvest Food Supply and Horn of Plenty Food Reserve) ship for free. All other orders have a flat shipping charge of $12.00, regardless of size or quantity.
